Megha Finloan Private Limited started operations as an NBFC in 1997 under the Companies Act, 1956 and registered in 1998 under the provisions of section 45IA of the Reserve Bank of India Act, 1934 as non-deposit taking company with the mission of financing movable and immovable properties and motor vehicles either by way of pledge, mortgage, hypothecation, charge or without any securities to any person, individual, body corporate, firm, organization and authority. Today, the MFPL offers a diverse range of loan products to cater to the specific requirements of our customers. Our products are classified into three categories, viz; Vehicle Loan(two wheeler and four wheeler), Mortgage Loan and Personal Loan. MFPL is committed to being a socially responsible organization and thus spreading social awareness in its area of operations. Mr. Om Prakash has been associated with the Company since March, 2016 as he took over the Company from the former management. He is also a member of the Company and responsible for the overall working of the MFPL and is instrumental in making strategic decisions for the Company and his strategic direction leads the company to the new heights of the success. He has expertise in analyzing problem situations to identify causes, collect and process pertinent information, create possible situations and thus make references and resolve the problem.

Mr. Lalit Kumar Sharma is Arts graduate from University of Rajasthan. He has been associated with the Company since August, 2019. He is also a member of the company and plays a vital role in company’s growth. He has experience in mines business as well as real estate sector.

Ms. Neha is highly qualified and dynamic personality having MBA degree in HR from (Modi University). She is associated with the Company since April, 2016. She looks after day to day work at Nawalgarh and Sikar branch. She has in-depth and all round knowledge of finance, accounts, customer dealing and handling of human resource. She is hard worker who efficiently handles the situations even in the toughest times. Also, she is a great leader who always guide her employees and motivate to do their best.
